Amber Rose
Amber Rose is a Kaiwaka-born food writer and chef whose extensive career has seen her travel the world, making plenty of celebrity connections in the process. She worked as the private chef and assistant to Sadie Frost and Jude Law before becoming a doula, giving nutritional advice and cooking for new mums. Today she lives in Matakana and is the author of three cookbooks, Love Bake Nourish, The Wholefood Pantry and her latest, Wild Delicious, which you can see more of from page 101.
Melinda Williams
Melinda Williams was a protest kid of the eighties, marching against chlorofluorocarbons and mining, and for forest preservation. These days, she’s a design and architecture writer and editor, with a particular interest in sustainable homes. She lives in Auckland with her partner, kids, dogs, frogs and backyard ducks. Kelly Lynch
Based in Auckland, Kelly has been an established freelance travel writer and photographer for more than 10 years. The variety of her work has seen her hike in the sweaty jungle of Bolivia and ski in highend mountain resorts of Colorado and Utah. Kelly loves to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds and to watch wildlife, and says she is always on the lookout for eco-friendly travel options.
