Green Glow Hailing from the Hawke’s Bay, Supernatural Wine Co.’s Green Glow Sauvignon Blanc is skin-fermented, which means the skins aren’t removed while fermenting as is the case with conventional wines. For this wine, the skins are left on for two to three weeks. The result is an orange-coloured wine that is fresh and punchy.
