Rainbow of goodness

Kids will love this real-food frappé.

Hallelujah for a super easy, rainbow colourful frappé for kids that’s not made of highly processed, nasty syrups. There’s no trace of sugary syrups like you might find in such a drink from some of those big chain cafes. My kids love to debate which is the yummiest layer of this drink. Actually, my boys all voted in the end for the pink layer. Beetroot or strawberries will give this layer its vibrant colour. You can swap out the beetroot for 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder if you like. Alternatively, quarter of a pink dragon fruit (with the outer skin removed) also works well. The green layer is a sneaky way to sneak some greens into kids, too.
