For the porridge

1/2 cup LSC (ground linseed,

sunflower seed and chia) 3/4 cup almond meal

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup water

1 cup cream (or coconut

cream or milk)

1/2 cup frozen berries

1–2 tbsp collagen peptides (or protein powder)

2 tsp cocoa powder

For the topping

dash of cream dollop of unsweetene­d

Greek yoghurt about 1 tsp hemp seeds small sprinkle of sliced

almonds small handful of berries

(fresh or defrosted)

Place the LSC, almond meal, cinnamon, water and cream in a small pot over a low heat, bring it up to a simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring regularly, until everything is cooked through and the chia is soft. Stir through the berries, collagen peptides and cocoa. Pour into serving bowls while still hot and drizzle with a little cream. Dot the yoghurt on top and scatter over the hemp seeds, almonds and berries.
