You’ll kick off in Melbourne with a personal cultural and architectural tour of the city before dining with GT’s Victoria editor at one of the city’s most exciting restaurants. Other highlights include the food and wine of the Mornington Peninsula, a stay at Kangaroo Island’s luxury Southern Ocean Lodge, dinner at the awardwinning Appellation restaurant in the Barossa Valley and a visit to far north Queensland.

For the finale, you’ll join the GT editors for dinner at one of Sydney’s top restaurants before staying at the Langham Hotel.
