International is offering scuba-diving certification aboard its ships. Guests will have the chance to explore underwater havens such as Vanuatu’s coral reefs and the world’s second largest barrier reef, in Belize, on 10 of the line’s ships, including South Pacific-based Explorer of the Seas.
