One of Aus­tralia’s most cel­e­brated chefs, with a knack for launch­ing ex­cit­ing and suc­cess­ful restau­rants, Jonathan Barthelmess opened the doors to Greca in Bris­bane late last year. A rei­mag­ined, con­tem­po­rary in­ter­pre­ta­tion of a Greek tav­erna, Greca, he says, of­fers “un­com­pli­cated food, great wine and gen­eros­ity in abun­dance” – a phi­los­o­phy in keep­ing with all his venues and his own un­der­stated style.
