Slow House takes its cues from internationally renowned spas and Swedish sauna houses to deliver a new wellness sanctuary in Bondi. Slow House offers infrared saunas, restorative ice baths and LED light therapy facial treatments, along with rejuvenating body scrubs. While many gyms were closed last year, owners Tash Higham and Jody Coggan purchased their own private sauna, and wanted to share this relaxation method with their community.
