SBS’s latest series India Unplated will see chefs Helly Raichura, Adam D’Sylva and Sandeep Pandit translate their heritage and impart their culinary knowledge across the 10-part cooking show. Explore the subcontine­nt’s diverse cuisine as the trio cook up hyderabadi chicken biryani, lamb Korma, dal dhokla (a lentil and rice snack) and chingri malai (Bengali prawn curry). From 23 September at 8pm on SBS Food.
