The private estate will open its doors to celebrate the start of summer with a special pop-up restaurant, helmed by award-winning chef Josue Lopez (Gordon Ramsay protégé and ex-GOMA). Across two days, Lopez will treat guests to a Mexican dégustation, exploring his Mayan heritage across the long lunch menu, which will feature everything from pearl meat and caviar to wagyu beef.
