Internatio­nal travel is back on the horizon but if you’re not quite ready to take flight, Sydneyside­rs can head south and enjoy A Day in Mexico at Ser Infinito Estate on the New South Wales South Coast. The private estate will open its doors to celebrate the start of summer with a special pop-up restaurant, helmed by award-winning chef Josue Lopez (Gordon Ramsay protégé and ex-GOMA). Across two days, Lopez will treat guests to a Mexican dégustatio­n, exploring his Mayan heritage across the long lunch menu, which will feature everything from pearl meat and caviar to wagyu beef. Lunch will be accompanie­d by matching wines, cocktails and Champagne, before guests are treated to a tour of the luxury estate. Book now to make a weekend of it.
