What started as a creative outlet for Duy Dash quickly snowballed into a fully fledged career and he began shooting food and travel editorials across the country. For this issue, the Adelaide-based photograph­er captures the burgeoning wine region of McLaren Vale on the Fleurieu Peninsula. “It’s been a joy to showcase one of my favourite places in South Australia,” says Dash. “It’s really matured into a place of great food, amazing wine and gorgeous landscapes.”
