Whether you’re an ardent oyster lover or simply bivalve-curious, there’s plenty of shucking, tasting and people-watching to enjoy at the Narooma Oyster Festival, where guests will include Paul West from River Cottage Australia, and top chefs Jordan Toft and Corey Costelloe. The oyster palooza will showcase the finest seafood from the Sapphire Coast, along with cooking demonstrations, Champagne and oyster cruises, pop-up picnics and live music.
