Ollie Margan knows wine thanks to his family’s Hunter Valley vineyard and experience as a vintner. And he knows drinks courtesy of his time co-owning Adelaide cocktail bar Maybe Mae. Combining these two joys and jobs has seen Margan release an off-dry vermouth, made with lavender, lemongrass and citrus from his family’s vineyard’s grounds, joined by 2021 semillon from Margan’s Ceres Hill vineyard.
