Unlocking the vault

Bentley Group’s Nick Hildebrandt and Brent Savage are cracking open their restaurants’ wine cellars with Bentley Wine Vault, an online wine store selling some of the country’s hardest-to-find drops. The sommelier-curated collection draws from the acclaimed cellars of Monopole, Bentley, Cirrus and Yellow, and is a unique platform for people to buy more than 300 wines that would never be found in a bottle shop.
