Tak­ing place dur­ing Paris Men’s Fash­ion Week, Stella Artois hosted one of its fa­mous Sen­so­rium din­ners at crit­i­cally ac­claimed eatery L’aca­jou. One of the top restau­rants in Paris, it’s owned by worl­drenowned chef Jean Im­bert and is of­ten fre­quented by the likes of Mar­got Rob­bie, Robert De Niro, Phar­rell Wil­liams and Virgil Abloh. For the Sen­so­rium, former GQ Chef of the Year Guillaume Brahimi teamed up with Im­bert to cre­ate a seven-course, one-off Stella Artois menu. Guests were treated to sea bass tartare with fin­ger lime, caviar and smoked oys­ter cream then Brit­tany lob­ster served with string beans and Parisian sprouts. Not to men­tion Stella Artois on tap – and lots of it.
