Dear Friends

With a new year comes new hopes and as­pi­ra­tions. It’s like a clean slate where we can have a fresh, new chance. The great thing is that de­spite our past fail­ures or suc­cesses it is likely that we are a bet­ter per­son be­cause of our past ex­pe­ri­ences. Ev­ery event pro­vides a new depth to our char­ac­ter with new les­sons learnt. Per­haps a new re­silience has been crafted in us, through the chal­lenges of 2017. What­ever last year may have looked like for you, I hope that 2018 will be in­fin­itely bet­ter and ex­ceed your dreams.

The most im­por­tant thing is to have in­tent with your aims and goals for the year. We know that new year res­o­lu­tions only last a few days or at best a few weeks, rarely longer. How­ever, it is im­por­tant to make those res­o­lu­tions and as­pi­ra­tions for 2018 be­come a re­al­ity. What new things do you need to learn, what things do you need to say ‘no’ to, what ad­ven­tures will you have sim­ply be­cause you chose to step into the best ver­sion of your­self? What­ever you do, choose to make a dif­fer­ence in your world and em­power oth­ers to do the same.

With this new year comes the new-look Great Health GuideTM mag­a­zine with the new bi-monthly for­mat. Ev­ery two months even more health spe­cial­ists will bring the lat­est health in­for­ma­tion to you. With many things still left in store for 2018…keep in touch.
