1. Slow down and eat well.

Learn to cook a nu­tri­tious meal that re­wards the body and will give you healthy en­ergy.

2. Find five min­utes a day to med­i­tate.

Be mind­ful or re­flect, to al­low that ac­tive brain check on how you are re­ally trav­el­ling.

3. Start a groom­ing and hy­giene rou­tine.

This al­lows you to phys­i­cally care and pam­per your body, so you see it as an ex­ten­sion of your mind and not the en­emy.

4. Look at your room.

See it as your emo­tional state. If it is chaotic, clean it up and show your­self and oth­ers that you care about your spa­ces, as they are an ex­ten­sion of your worth.

5. Join groups or take up a hobby.

This gives you a pas­sion that will chal­lenge your in­tel­lect and creative mind.
