Change—rapid change causes people to experience a wide range of emotions. Over the past two years, our world has gone through rapid change due to the corona virus pandemic. This has caused a wide range of emotions such as anger, frustratio­n, annoyance and rebellion, with feelings of fear, fatigue, anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses. How can we overcome the loss of security, the loss of social contact with family and friends in our everyday lives?

There are many articles in this issue of Great Health

GuideTM, that provide ideas, methods and solutions to stay on top of our wellbeing during these challengin­g times. Research into Women & Mental Health has shown that over these past years, women have shown reductions in energy, optimism, humour, creativity, concentrat­ion and the ability to solve problems.
