Christmas on Clive Street
The biggest-ever Christmas on Clive Street is set to bring festive cheer to Katanning this Saturday.
It will be the seventh edition of the event which runs from 3pm until 7pm with more than 40 stalls on show featuring food, craft, entertainment and rides.
There will be stalls focused on Malay, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, plus cakes, fairy floss, donuts and ice cream.
This year’s event features free rides and entertainment including the twin bucking bulls, merry-goround, bouncy castle, basketball challenge, climbing wall and slippery slide.
A St Patrick’s and Braeside primary schools’ combined choir will provide entertainment in the town square from 3pm.
Albany band Big Men Working will also hit the stage.
Father Christmas will be attending from 4.30pm.
This year’s in-shop Christmas promotion includes a prize package of accommodation and food at The Premier Mill Hotel, for all those who shop at businesses in the Shop Local Christmas campaign.
