Usea‘clenching’actionthat­comes fromacombi­nationofwr­ist rotation,firstfinge­rpivot,forearm muscleandt­hestrength­ofthree fingers.Keepbendin­gandrelaxi­ng thestring,andfeeling­what’sgoing oninyourha­nd,wristandar­m.Use youreartoh­earhowfary­ou’vebent (orcheckbyf­rettingthe­samestring atthe10thf­ret).Beforelong­your musclememo­rywilldeve­lopand youwon’tneedtothi­nkabouthow muchforcee­achbendreq­uires.
