Nails and tone

When it comes to classical guitar, tone is crucial. A good nail shape should be established and maintained with regular filing and polishing. A simple warm-up to practising can consist of repeated open top three strings, for example, im a on third, second and first strings, or even repeating each digit individually for a few minutes to ‘check’ and work on tone.
