Brad Paisley has an enviable guitar collection though he had to re-build this after losing many in the 2010 Nashville flood. So you’re after an American style classic dreadnought sound. Paisley has many Gibsons and Martins but also a signature Santa Cruz. Interestingly he also owns an acoustic by British luthier Alister Atkin, chanced upon while guitar shopping in the UK. In the interests of authenticity I recorded this on my own Atkin, a fantastic D37 (Martin D-28 style).
