Descend the E Minor Pentatonic scale in 5th position. You can either pick each note, or use hammer-ons from nowhere. Play each note on the downbeat and use your whammy bar to dip the note on the upbeats. When you reach the open E note on the sixth string, dive the whammy bar down as far as it will go.
