SKIPPING TO THE FINAL SECTION, I’ve used the same string-bending idea as a repeated descending phrase over the implied A and G chords, before sticking around the shape 3 area of the E minor pentatonic (though I do incorporat­e a G# near the end of bar 3). This leads very comfortabl­y to another B7#9 (I couldn’t resist!) to finish. B minor pentatonic would also work well here, but I’m not sure it’d have the same impact – certainly worth bearing in mind for a longer solo, though.
