McLAREN VALE

The S.C. Pannell label was established by Stephen and Fiona in 2004, and the cellar door opened on Olivers Road in 2014. Stephen has a unique bond with the region, its microclimates, growers and culture. It’s McLaren Vale’s ability to produce dry-grown and environmentally sustainable grenache, tempranillo, touriga nacional, and shiraz that drives Stephen’s winemaking philosophy – a holistic approach that starts with the environment and also considers wine in relation to the food he loves to grow, cook and eat.
