What do you believe makes this style of wine so enticing?
Riesling is a fascinating varietal and speaks of where it’s from probably more than any other wine. The other reason it is a go-to is oysters – especially in winter. I’m an oyster fiend, and absolutely love a fresh riesling with that bit of zing to cut through. Tasmania does both well, so we’re very lucky!
