I absolutely agree with Andrew Kalleske’s improbable description of the wine as ‘elegant and polished’ for a Barossa Valley shiraz with 15% alcohol. The answer to the paradox is the ’17 vintage and the quality of the tannins it invested in the wine. 15% alc.
