20% barrel fermented in new French oak, 80% in stainlesss steel, blended post-fermentation, then left on lees and stirred fortnightly for 5 months until bottling. The nose has a really attractive corporeal funk to it – reminiscent of skin after an ocean swim. The palate is delicate and fine, the oaked component providing a plush bed of texture on which the delicate fruit lingers. Complex layers of texture elevate this to serious. EL 13% alc.

An elegant and fragrant sauvignon blanc, its zesty edge bolstered by subtle fine oak. Pair it simply with a mild goat’s cheese or fresh seafood salad to highlight the bright natural acidity and long flavours of this beautiful wine.
