Darker fruit persuasions, a verdant riff of herb and a ferruginous growl of smoked meat and iodine notes dousing the firm backbone of tannin. The choice of oak, smart: used 400L French puncheons. This is compact and dense; yet lithe and strident across the mouth. An innovative blend that makes for delicious drinking. NG 14.5% alc.
