Deep, concentrated purple to black colour, this has a tight but complex bouquet on opening. The palate is even and delicate, with fruit building gradually and boat-loads of mouthfeel and texture. It slowly emerges, powers beautifully along the palate, and the tannins evolve over an hour or two. This is a pretty special bottle of wine.
