This, by far the top cuvée of this impressive range. Straight-laced chardonnay. Bready, creamy and luxe, made in the style of long lees-aged champagnes. Inflections of oyster shell, truffle and iodine. Picks up steam with air, billowing across the palate while driven long by chalky mineral crunch and juicy acidity. Very fine. NG 12.5% alc.
