A well-modulated wine, right through from the flavours to the tannins. It has all the regional dark fruits and spice and richness, yet offers some refinement. Full bodied, yes, but smooth across the palate. The tannins are ripe and detailed, the oak integrated and overall impressive. JF 14.5% alc.
