Mewstone Wines

Brothers Matthew and Jonathan Hughes established Mewstone vineyard on the banks of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel in 2011. We create expressive single-site wines with minimum intervention in the winery. The vineyard is a former cherry orchard and, with new plantings in 2017, has expanded to a final size of 3.6 hectares. Our newly opened cellar door hosts one-on-one tastings, where we get to spend a bit of extra time showing you through our hughes&hughes and Mewstone range.
