Matured for 15 months in French oak (22% new). Potently intense fruit here – the wine enters the mouth with fanfare and pomp; the fruit that gathers there is riddled with cassis, raspberry leaf, black tea, pepper, exotic spice and more. Classical cabernet from Margaret River, from a great vintage. Exactly what we have come to expect from the Redbrook Reserve range. EL 14.5% alc.

Made using only the most exquisite bunches of old-vine fruit from our 1975 cabernet plantings. This wine stands out from a very high-quality pack of top end cabernet wines from Margaret River, from arguably the finest vintage the region has had. This wine is drinking beautifully now, and it will continue to develop complexity for up to 15 years.
