Hence, we see balanced florals and bright lively spice and citrus with texture – phenolics are well handled here – and, importantly, crisp, dry acidity. Quite an achievement. JP 13% alc.
What makes this wine perfect for drinking all year round?
One of my favourite winter dishes is homemade chicken and leek pie; the secret ingredient is half a bottle of this wine. The spice characters in the wine perfectly complement the chicken, while the intense aromas fill the kitchen while it cooks.
