Brewing + dining in NSW Southern Highlands.
A new dining experience awaits at The Southern Highlands Brewing Company in Moss Vale, a 90-minute drive south of Sydney. The brewery includes recently opened restaurant Taphouse, headed up by chef Michael Morrison, who has experience at the likes of Onde, Bistro Moncur and Regatta in Sydney. The menu complements the team’s craft beer, which includes a porter, lager, IPA and more. Their brewing philosophy is that beer should be balanced and sessionable, while the menu showcases how well beer pairs with food.
