Royal Mail refresh.
Victoria’s lauded Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld is enjoying a new phase, following a series of upgrades to its accommodation and dining facilities.
New restaurant Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel – with executive chef Robin Wickens (above) in charge – offers five and eight courses that reflect the region as well as the venue’s own kitchen garden. The new fitout includes a wine corridor that showcases a selection of wines from the cellar, which holds the largest collection of Burgundy and Bordeaux in the Southern Hemisphere. The Parker Street Project now offers casual dining all day, plus there is also a new wine bar, where you can choose from wine flights compiled daily, plus grazing platters. The destination venue is at the southern tip of Grampians National Park in western Victoria.
