2017 Yes said the Seal The Bellarine Sauvignon Blanc
From two vineyards, ‘one for the richness, the other for thrill and acidity’, 100% fermented in French oak (20% new), 8 months on lees. This takes sauvignon blanc into Loire Valley territory as much as Margaret River. There’s one taste compartment for citrus and tropical fruits, and another for toasty/biscuity notes. A split personality at this stage, likely deliberately so. 13.2% alc.
