has released its flagship wine with the 2010 Reschke Empyrean Cabernet Sauvignon ($150). First produced in 1998, this wine is only released in the best years and given the

utmost care in the winery. The full-bodied wine is a mix

of blackcurrant and dark chocolate flavours upfront, with savoury notes

on the finish.
