Is there a wine you never used to like, but now love?

-

That’s been my journey with chardonnay. It was the wine my parents always drank and there are lots of poor Californian examples of inexpensive oak-chip chardonnay. I always thought it was the most disgusting thing! But finally, when I discovered Chablis, I loved those wines. I’m also enjoying a lot of the flinty, high-acid styles of chardonnay here in Australia.
