2017 McHenry Hohnen Vintners Burnside Vineyard Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc

Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed direct with full solids to barriques, a small percentage fermented on skins for extra phenolics and weight, no mlf, frequent stirring, late in the year taken with solids to tank for 3 months. Certainly succeeded in building texture and structure without diminution or corruption of fruit flavour. 13% alc.
