Estate-grown, hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed to used oak for wild fermentation and 2 months on lees. The Germanic approach adds depth and complexity to its ripe citrus fruits, seeming to soften the acidity. Doesn’t need cellaring, but won’t fall over any time soon. 12.9% alc.
