2016 Penny’s Hill The Minimalist Single Vineyard Adelaide Hills Chardonnay

Minimalist winemaking: free-run juice wildfermented and matured on lees for 8 months in French oak (30% new). Bright straw-green; has significant bottled-developed flavour, but not at the expense of finesse or balance. The fruit flavours are neatly balanced between citrus and stone fruit, white peach and grapefruit have dealt with the new oak in fine fashion. 13% alc.
