2017 Seville Estate Sewn Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Clone I10V1, hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak (10% new). From ‘selected’ vineyards’ it sings from the rooftops of the vintage and the purity this has instilled over and above the effortless length of Yarra chardonnay. I’m disinclined to sing the praises of this wine – go buy a bottle (better still, six bottles) and taste it for yourself. 13.5% alc.
