2017 Minnow Creek McLaren Vale Chardonnay

75% fermented in French oak (20% new),

75% in stainless steel, matured on lees for 5 months with twice-weekly lees stirring. An altogether superior chardonnay to most coming from McLaren Vale, and not by early picking. It has excellent mouthfeel, and pear, white peach and apple flavours, not oak, fill the palate. 13% alc.
