Hand-picked, chilled for 24 hours, destemmed and crushed, 3 hours skin contact, the freerun juice pressed to used French oak for wild fermentati­on and 8 months maturation on lees. Pale, bright magenta; the fragrant, expressive bouquet puts you on notice that this isn’t your average rosé. It is vibrant and crisp, with wild strawberry, crunchy apple skin and cranberrie­s. The palate is dry – very dry – but has excellent texture, mouthfeel and length. 12% alc.
