2017 Kilgour Bellarine Rosé
Estate pinot noir, run off (saignee) from the previous day’s crush, fermented in used French oak and held in barrel on light yeast lees for 6 months. Pale pink hue; the winemaker knows his trade, this is a complex rosé, fermented dry, with a savoury/spicy overlay to light strawberry fruits. 13% alc.
