2016 Passing Clouds Serpentine Bendigo Shiraz

One of the Passing Clouds flagship wines. After an extended post-ferment maceration it spends 1 months in French oak. The dense purple-crimson colour introduces a wine that can be enjoyed tonight or 20+ years hence. Its velvety, supple array of black forest fruits (and dark chocolate) sweep all (including the alcohol) before them. Vaguely reminiscent of the Lindemans Hunter River Shiraz duo from ’65. 14.8% alc.
