Produced from low-yielding old vines, handpicked and open-fermented, matured for 10 months in used French puncheons and barriques. A distinguished wine from a great vineyard and exceptional vintage. It has all the intensity and concentration of the Clare Valley at its best. The aromas and flavours speak with the same voice, with black fruits, spice, liquorice and earth flavours on a foundation of enough ripe tannins to last a lifetime. 14% alc.
