2016 Pindarie Schoff’s Hill Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

From the Schoff’s Hill block on the Western Ridge. Shows crystal clear varietal character, not always the case with Barossa cabernet. Dusty, herbal characters lead the way, but riper notes of blackcurrant build on the bouquet and juicy palate as the wine opens up. The tannins work well, with good integration of the fruit.
